How do I access my tutoring schedule?

You’ll receive a unique link to your Scholar Sign portal, where you can view, reschedule, or cancel upcoming sessions.

What if my tutor didn’t show up?

Message us immediately. We’ll verify what happened and reschedule or credit your session depending on the situation.

How can I request a different tutor?

We’ll gladly reassign you if you’d feel more comfortable with another tutor. Just message us your preference.

How do I submit homework before class?

Upload it directly through your portal dashboard or email it to your assigned tutor before your session.

How do I update my payment method?

You can update your card or payment details securely through your portal account or by emailing billing@scholarsign.com.

Can I get a detailed invoice?

Yes, request one anytime, and we’ll send you a clear breakdown of all your session dates and charges.

Do you offer refunds or credits?

Payments are nonrefundable, but sessions may be credited if canceled within 24 hours of your appointment.

Where do I view my payment history?

Payment receipts and balances are stored in your portal account. If opt-in, you’ll also receive them via email after each session.

I can’t log in. what should I do?

Double-check that your login email matches the one used during sign-up. If you’re still locked out, use “Forgot Password” or contact us for a reset link.

The form isn’t submitting. how do I fix this?

Try refreshing the page or switching browsers. If it persists, send your details to support@scholarsign.com and we’ll complete your submission manually.

My video session won’t connect.

Ensure your camera/mic permissions are enabled and that your Wi-Fi signal is strong. If the issue continues, we’ll move you to a backup video link instantly.

How do I reset my password?

Use the “Forgot Password” option on your login page. You’ll receive a reset link instantly to your registered email.
